When we create videos we always transcribe the words for closed captioning. Why? All of us watch videos on silent when we can’t listen. When videos are playing in silent, it’s impossible to know what’s being said! We solve that problem by displaying the words being spoken. There’s a massive benefit to this: Facebook will reward us by showing this video to more people. Win/Win!

There are a bunch of effective social marketers out there that charge thousands per month. Our solution is elegant and affordable. It’s simple to understand.

Our introductory pricing for the entire package above is just $500 per month (+HST). That’s it. And it’s completely a deductible expense for you.

3 weekly posts/stories (includes photo post, video post, captioning and editing)
Weekly Property of the Week emails to your audience
Monthly email newsletter crafted and delivered
Website updates and social posts for up to 3 listings per month ($75 per listing after the 3)

Whether you are a team or a solo agent, it doesn’t matter. We’ll do what we promise above. You’ll get the minimum 12 posts and stories in a month including videos where you’re the star, the monthly newsletters, the listings… all of it. We’ll make you look like the great agent you are, all for an amazing price.
